Acappella Apartments at 1001 National Avenue, San Bruno, California.

My husband & I were looking at another apartment complex in San Bruno & were ready to sign a lease (ie 1/2 way through the application). We happened to drive by Acapella & thought the area/complex looked so inviting. Tatiana greeted us so friendly right away & was even able to fit us in for a showing without an appointment scheduled. Her professionalism & personality were amazing and one of the strongest selling points to us. We decided against the other complex & started the process to sign the lease with Acapella immediately. We are not moved in yet & she has already been so helpful. I know the price point for this complex is higher than others in the area, but I feel with the fantastic customer service we have already experienced as well as the amazing quality of the complex & unit, it is completely worth it. This place is even is close to the BART, Caltrain, Tanforan Mall, great restaurants & a large dog park for with small & large dogs separated. Budget is important but enjoying where you live is as well. We have looked at many apartment complexes in the Bay Area and this one is hands-down the best we have seen based on quality & service. Kudos to Tatiana & the rest of the staff!
