Big 5 Sporting Goods at 855 El Camino Real, San Bruno, California.

It's my son's first venture in fishing. I took him to Big 5 El Camino Real San Bruno to get his gears. This cheerful Filipino guy approached us and asked if we needed help. He probably sensed our lack of direction & came to our rescue. He asked for the fishing site & instantly knew what type of fish we're likely to catch. He picked the pole, sinkers, swivel, halibut rig, mackerel rigs and bells. He gave detailed tutorial on how set up the pole & how to put the bait. To my son's delight, our fishing pole was set up & ready for fishing upon leaving the store! He was extremely helpful and readily shared his knowledge to clueless-in-fishing like us. I will definitely go back to this store again & ask for help from the fishing angel, Manolo (Manong)!!!
