AT&T at 1206 El Camino Real, San Bruno, California.

Very poor customer service. Just want to get a sim card, I need to wait 30-40 minutes. I am wondering why different AT&T stores provide different services. I tried to get a sim card for my new iphone 6 at the AT&T store in University ave(Palo Alto), the wait time is less than 15 second and it would be free since we are using AT&T online service (unfortunately, the owner of the plan was not with me and I could not do it). Right here, the wait time is more than 30-40 minutes and they charged me 5 dollars for the sim card even though we are using AT&T phone online service. A big difference between different AT&T stores. It surprised me!
